Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Watch Premium Cable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Provision

Watch Premium Cable will provide cable television services as described in your selected plan. Service availability is subject to geographical limits and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to modify channel lineups and features with prior notice.

3. Billing and Payment

Services are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due by the date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Pricing is subject to change with a 30-day notice.

4. Equipment

Any equipment provided by Watch Premium Cable (such as set-top boxes, DVRs, remotes) remains the property of Watch Premium Cable unless explicitly purchased. You agree to return all rented equipment in good working condition upon termination of service. Unreturned or damaged equipment may incur fees.

5. Acceptable Use

Our services are intended for personal, residential use. Commercial exploitation, rebroadcasting, or unauthorized sharing of the service is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting customer support at +1 (866) 664-2210. Since we operate on a no-contract basis, there are no early termination fees, provided all rented equipment is returned.

7. Limitation of Liability

Watch Premium Cable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
